How many days will it take for me to get my refund?
Refund times vary depending on the method with which you made the payment, it can take from 5 to 10 working days, depending on the credit card issuing circuit

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for Italy are always paid by des-dé for orders over €59, otherwise the shipping cost is €6

How many days will it take for my purchase to arrive?
All purchases you make will arrive within 48 hours
