Returns and Refunds
Did you order the wrong size or shoe number?
No problem, des-dé offers you the possibility to change your items, we will send our courier to collect the package!
Upon delivery of the new package, the return will be collected simultaneously by the same courier.
The shipping cost is charged to the customer
Don't like the article?
If you do not like the item you ordered or there are no more sizes available to replace the same item, you can instantly receive a des-dé Shopping Voucher or be reimbursed; even in these two cases, the return shipment must be made directly by the customer at his own expense.
How can I get a refund?
You can be reimbursed instantly with a des-dé Shopping Voucher. You receive it by email and you can use it whenever you want, without time limits. Otherwise you can choose a cash refund.
If you paid by card or Paypal, you will receive the refund directly on the card or account you paid with.
If you paid cash on delivery, you will be refunded via bank transfer.
The crediting time depends on your bank and can take up to 14 business days.
Choose carefully, you cannot change the refund method once you have selected it. The Des-dé Shopping Voucher is not convertible into cash and cannot be combined with other coupons or discount vouchers. All the details are available on the Terms and Conditions page on our website.
RETURN CONDITIONS
TIMING
The return request must be made, as specified below in Point 1, by sending an email to resi@desde.com within 14 days from the delivery date. Remember that, after you have received the goods, you are responsible for the condition of the products, treat them with care
PRODUCT STATUS
The products must be intact, not worn or stained. Be careful that they do not smell of smoke, perfume, deodorant or detergent. Do not wash the products in any way and when you try them on be careful not to damage them
PACKAGING STATUS
The products must be in the packaging in which they were when you received them, complete with labels and any other parts that compose them (detachable parts, laces, strings, etc.). Remember that the packaging is also part of the product
SHOES
Every part of the shoes, including the soles, must be intact and clean. Be careful when trying on shoes: do it indoors, preferably on a carpet.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1) SEND A RETURN REQUEST
Send an email to resi@desde.com specifying:
• the order number to be returned
• name, color and size of the products you wish to return
• the reason for the return
If the data you provided is correct, you will receive an email authorizing you to proceed to the next point (Point 2).
Attention! Always wait for our response before sending the return, we only accept returns that have been approved by our operators.
2) PROVIDE COLLECTION DATA
Once you have received the authorization, reply to the email by entering all the requested data. This is the information the courier needs to pick up your return.
3) PRINT THE LABEL AND PREPARE THE PRODUCTS
Now download and print the label to attach to your return. On the label you must write your name, surname and the number of the order to be returned. The address of our warehouse is already specified. Now attach the label to the package, insert the products you need to return and seal carefully. The package must contain only the goods you want to return. You will be contacted by one of our operators as soon as we receive the return.
